Program Timeline

Weeks 1-4: Vetting & Selection

Rigorous 4-6 week selection process including application screening, practical tasks, institutional interviews, MMDGBS panel interviews, and company intake meetings.

Weeks 5-8: Onboarding & Pre-Deployment

Pod formation, company context immersion, systems access setup, and planning your first 4-week roadmap with company leadership.

Weeks 9-22: Execution Phase

Ship real deliverables. Weekly company check-ins, bi-weekly pod syncs, monthly growth conversations. Week 9-12: 95% of Month 1 deliverables shipped. Week 17-20: Significant impact with informal conversion discussions.

Weeks 23-27: Transition & Alumni

Is this an internship or a job?

It's neither. You're deployed as an active execution team member with real accountability. You work 40-50 hours per week on defined deliverables, report to company leadership, and are held to the same standards as any team member. The key difference is you have structured mentorship, peer support, and clear progression pathways.

Is the program paid?

Yes. All Execution Fellows receive a competitive monthly execution stipend. If you convert to a permanent role (which 40-50% of fellows do), you typically see a 25-40% increase in total compensation based on your impact during the program.

Is the program remote or in-person?

This depends on the portfolio company you are embedded with. Most roles are "Remote-First," but some involve deployment to tech hubs in Europe, Africa, or North America. We discuss location requirements during the matching phase of the vetting process.

What are the requirements to apply?

We don't look at degrees; we look at execution capacity. You must demonstrate high-proficiency in your track (Tech, Marketing, or Ops) and have a bias for action. We prioritize candidates who can show past projects, shipped code, or managed operations with measurable results.

How many fellows are accepted?

We maintain small, high-density cohorts of 40-60 fellows globally per cycle. This ensures that every pod receives the necessary mentorship and that every company gets talent that is truly "execution-ready."

What happens if I don't convert to a permanent role?

Fellows who complete the program with high marks but do not convert (often due to headcount or strategic shifts) are moved into our "Ecosystem Placement" track. We actively introduce top performers to other companies in the MMDGBS network or advanced founder-track programs.
